A multi-family investment in modular technology can consist of several specific types of modules. In the standard type, it all forms a five-floor building with a staircase set aside as an evacuation space. The main entrance to the building is from the front. The smallest flats have about 25 square metres, the largest – over 48 square metres. The flats are higher than average – 2.60 m high. The 2- and 3-room flats have a spacious balcony. The building looks very aesthetic on the outside, has a higher standard thanks to the use of top-quality construction and finishing materials. There are 3 types of flats with different surface areas within the building: 10 three-room flats, 40 two-room flats and 4 studios.
