MW_4.2.1 PROJECT

MW_4.2.1 model consists of 4 spatial modules prefabricated in the production site, which make up a house of 134 m2 when assembled.

Thanks to the open space of the kitchen, dining room and living room, the interior of the ground floor of the modular house gives a sense of spaciousness. A comfortable way out to the terrace is possible thanks to the sliding system of the HS type terrace window. Other rooms include a bathroom, technical room and a capacious storage room. The floor of model MW_4.2.1 accommodates 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a storage room. The model with a floor area of 134 m2 perfectly matches the needs and lifestyle of a modern family.

MODULE BASING MW TECHNIC
Due to their self-supporting floor structure, MW TECHNIC modular houses do not need to be based on a time-consuming and expensive foundation slab. Unlike other technologies (mostly timber construction), our houses can be erected on spot footings, among other things.
